What is Plywood — Multi-Size Sheets?
Most plywood catalogues stop at 1220 × 2440 mm. Huanawood presses the same panel in 4×9 ft (1220 × 2745 mm) and 4×10 ft (1220 × 3050 mm) so that wardrobes, wall panelling and shopfront runs can be cut without a horizontal joint — one sheet covers the full height of most European and Latin American room standards.
The longer formats use the same species range and glues as our 4×8 ft production. Because the press platens and trimming lines are set up for these sizes as standard items, the price premium over 4×8 ft is small, and lead time is the same 20 days from deposit.

Why buyers choose our Plywood — Multi-Size Sheets
One-sheet wall height
A 2745 mm sheet covers a standard European wall panel in one piece. Fewer joints means faster installation and no visible seam where panels meet skirting or cornice.
Same presses, same quality
Oversize sheets are not a special-order product here — they run on the same calibrated lines, so flatness and thickness tolerance match our 4×8 ft output.
Mixed loading allowed
Combine 4×8, 4×9 and 4×10 ft in one container. We calculate the loading plan so pallet heights stay safe and the container is filled efficiently.
E0 option for sensitive interiors
For nursery furniture or projects with strict air-quality targets, selected thicknesses are available in E0 emission grade.
Applications
Wardrobe and closet backs
4×9 ft covers full-height wardrobe sides without a horizontal splice.
Wall and ceiling panelling
Long 4×10 ft runs for hotel corridors and retail fit-outs.
Doors and door frames
Taller sheets give clean blanks for flush door production.
Vehicle and trailer lining
Oversize sheets reduce joints in box bodies and trailer walls.
Furniture and joinery
General carcass work where longer panels save edge banding.
